Job Title: Performance Marketer (Meta Ads)

Location:Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur (On-site) - Full-time

Experience: 2-5 years

About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta
- Achieve and maintain a 5-6x ROI/ROAS.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Oversee creative testing, ad copy performance, and funnel optimization.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (D2C/eCommerce preferred)
- Proven record of delivering 5-6x ROI/ROAS
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of ad content and copywriting principles
- Prior experience in team leadership
- Managed Ads Budget = min 2 lacs/month

Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 10AM to 7PM

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
