Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons
- Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and learning development
- Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods
- Observe and assess children’s progress
- Maintain classroom discipline and routines
- Communicate with parents regularly
- Ensure children’s health, safety, and hygiene

Educational Qualifications:
- Education Qualification: Graduate + MTT/NTT/D.Ed
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Pre-Primary Teaching
- Teacher Training Certification preferred

Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in pre-primary (preferred)

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
