The Team & Role

The HR Business Partner (ZSP) is a key member of the ZEO Success team and serves as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to business leaders within assigned client groups. This role partners closely with leaders to align and implement people strategies that support business objectives, enable organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.

As an HRBP,



you will work at the intersection of business strategy and people outcomes supporting leadership development, talent planning, organizational design, and change initiatives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and other regional teams to deliver scalable, consistent, and impactful HR programs across the employee lifecycle.

This is a hybrid position, so you'll work both remotely and in the office. This role is based in Bangalore.
