VALOR ESTATE LTD is looking for Liaison manager who are excellent communicators and are super positive with paper work involving Government offices and authorities. Someone who does know how to get the job done and can enable ease of working with required departments.

Role Overview

Key Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with MCGM departments for statutory approvals (CFO, Tree, City Survey, etc.). Ensure 95% approvals within timelines and cost, zero escalations, timely documentation, and budget adherence with 5% cost optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for liaisoning with all Government departments, BMC offices, and statutory authoritiesrelated to the project.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain all necessary approvals,remarks, permissions, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) required for project execution.
- Review and verify all drawings received from BMC-appointed consultantsto ensure accuracy, compliance,



and completeness prior to submission.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings, reports, and proposals to various departments such as Building Proposal (BP), HRC (Layout approvals_), Civil Aviation_ and other applicable authorities.
- Track approval status, follow up with departments, and resolve queries or objections raised by authorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, architects, consultants, and designers to ensure all proposals adhere to local bylaws, DCPR 2034, and statutory norms.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all submissions, approvals, and correspondence with authorities.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines by proactively managing approval-related dependencies.
