Position:Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Perform lead generation through calls and maintain updated lead records.

Conduct client follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Manage payment follow-ups with clients in a timely and polite manner.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and support.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.





Qualifications & Skills:
Any Bachelor’s degree (preferred). 0 - 3 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, or a similar role.

Excellent communication skills in English (and regional languages if required).

Strong telephonic etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up efficiently.

Knowledge of CRM tools or call management systems is an added advantage.
