Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at the billing counter and ensure a pleasant checkout experience.
- Generate accurate bills using billing software.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other forms of payments securely.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per store policies.
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies politely.
- Ensure the billing area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams for price or product information.
- Follow all company procedures and policies regarding cash handling and security.
- Report any operational issues or customer complaints to the HOD.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor’s degree in commerce preferred.




- Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
- Prior experience in billing, cashiering, or retail sales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer knowledge.
- Robust numerical and communication skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
