Job Summary

The Reservations Specialist will manage the entire reservations cycle for RELOhomes — inquiries, quotations, confirmations, updates, and pre-arrival arrangements.
The role requires excellent communication, accuracy,



professionalism, and follow-through to ensure smooth guest onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations & Bookings
- Prepare quotations, availability checks, booking confirmations, and pro-forma invoices.
- Maintain up-to-date availability, occupancy, and reservation trackers at all times.
- Manage reservation sheets / PMS / Excel trackers in real-time.

Client Communication & Coordination
- Communicate professionally with Japanese and multinational corporate coordinators.
- Respond quickly and accurately to requests for extensions, changes, cancellations, special requirements, etc.

Pre-Arrival & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate for apartments allocation correctly and prepared as per guest expectations.:
- Notify internal stakeholders (Ops/Housekeeping via standard channels) about arrivals and departings.
- Ensure readiness and accuracy of arrival schedules, allocations, and special notes.
