Job Description: Store InchargeRole Summary:
The Store Incharge is responsible for the end-to-end management of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials (alumina, scrap), chemicals, machine spares, and finished goods. This role ensures 100% inventory accuracy and seamless coordination with production to prevent downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure consistent availability of essential materials while avoiding overstocking. Implement &analysis; to optimize storage and identify slow-moving items.
- Material Inward/Outward: Oversee the receipt of goods, verifying quality and quantity against Purchase Orders (PO). Ensure all materials are inspected by QA before being taken into stock.
- ERP & Documentation: Update inventory software (e.g., Tally Prime, or proprietary ERP) in real-time for every transaction. Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes (MIN), and Material Request notes.
- Stock Verification: Lead periodic physical stock counts and perpetual inventory audits.



Reconcile physical stock with system records and report any variances to management.
- Supply Chain Support: Raise purchase requisitions on time to maintain minimum stock levels for consumables and machine spares. Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and systematic store layout following 5S standards. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols for handling heavy or hazardous materials.
- Scrap Management: Manage scrap disposal procedures for various materials in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or any discipline; a Diploma in Material Management is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5+ years in a store or warehouse role, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems),
