Material Receipt and Dispatch: Oversee the unloading, inspection, and recording of incoming materials (modules, inverters, cables) and ensure accurate documentation (GRN) for outgoing items to site teams.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular physical stock audits (daily/monthly), reconcile counts with ERP systems, and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels to avoid project delays.
- Stock Organization and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store setting, ensuring proper storage of hazardous materials and safe handling of delicate, high-value components.
- Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and purchase departments to identify material requirements, place orders, and track deliveries.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock movement, damages, and shortages to management.
