Job Title:Packing Department (Wedding & Premium Packaging)
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage and execute premium packaging operations in our outlets. The role involves handling finished goods and supervising the packing of Wedding Boxes, Fancy Thals, Fancy Baskets, and customized packaging concepts.

खाद्य उत्पादन इकाई में तैयार माल (Finished Goods) की पैकिंग संभालना।
प्रीमियम पैकेजिंग कॉन्सेप्ट का प्रबंधन करना, जैसे:
वेडिंग बॉक्स
फैंसी थाल
फैंसी बास्केट
कस्टमाइज्ड गिफ्ट हैम्पर्स
गुणवत्ता, स्वच्छता और आकर्षक प्रस्तुति के मानकों को सुनिश्चित करना।
पैक किए गए माल की समय पर डिस्पैच (भेजने) की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करना।
पैकिंग क्षेत्र में साफ-सफाई और फूड सेफ्टी मानकों का पालन बनाए रखना
Key Responsibilities:
Handle finished goods packing in the food production unit.
Manage premium packaging concepts such as:
Wedding Boxes
Fancy Thals
Fancy Baskets
Customized Gift Hampers
Ensure proper quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Ensure timely dispatch of packed goods.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the packing area.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in packing department of food/sweets manufacturing units.
Prior experience with reputed brands like:
Gopal Sweets
Sharman Jain Sweets
Haldiram's International Pvt. Ltd.
(or similar premium sweets brands preferred)
Knowledge of premium wedding packaging concepts.
Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
Good team handling skills.
Preferred Qualities
Creative mindset for new packaging ideas.
Ability to handle bulk festive and wedding orders.
Time management and coordination skills.
Experience Required: 6 Months - 3 Years
