Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines to ensure mínimal downtime and smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Turning Centers, etc.)
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
- Troubleshoot CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.)
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and machine manuals
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records
- Coordinate with production team to reduce machine downtime
- Handle PLC troubleshooting and basic programming support
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Certification in CNC maintenance preferred
Experience:
- 2-5 years experience in CNC machine maintenance
- Experience in manufacturing / machining industry preferred
