Job Title: Graphic Designer - Luxury Real Estate

Job Summary:
Della Townships is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with prior experience in luxury real estate or premium brands. The role requires a strong aesthetic sense, branding expertise, and the ability to translate luxury concepts into visually compelling designs across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality creatives for luxury real estate projects, townships, villas, and lifestyle branding
- Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, coffee table books, flyers, hoardings, advertisements, presentations, and site branding
- Maintain and enhance brand identity and visual standards across all platforms
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and branding teams to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure quality output
- Ensure all designs align with luxury aesthetics, timelines, and brand guidelines




- Make revisions as per management and stakeholder feedback

Job Expectations:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of branding, typography, layouts, and color theory
- Experience in both print and digital design
- Basic understanding of social media creatives and digital marketing is an added advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking
- Prior experience working with luxury townships, real estate developers, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end, luxury design work
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Good communication and coordination skills

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
