Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for electronic and smart products
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales orders
- Maintain customer records and update sales data in CRM or internal systems
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth

Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after order confirmation
- Coordinate with clients regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, or coordination issues professionally
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Order Processing & Shipping
- Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and dispatch of electronic products
- Coordinate with courier and transport partners for timely shipping
- Track shipments and share delivery updates with clients
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents

Pay: ₹10,990.32 - ₹25,000.00 per month
