Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in culinary science or relevant field.

Years of Experience:4 - 5 years

Salary:30k to 40k Gross Per Month

Overview

The Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for a specific section or station in the kitchen and plays a crucial role in food production and preparation. The CDP ensures that all dishes are prepared according to the restaurant's standards, and assists in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation and Production:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked and presented consistently and meet quality standards.
- Assist in planning and organizing daily production to meet customer demand.

2. Station Management:
- Take ownership of a specific section or station in the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, pastry, etc.




- Oversee the operations of the assigned station, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Sous Chef or Head Chef regarding ingredient needs.

3. Kitchen Operations:
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen setting, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating supplies.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

4. Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef, Head Chef, and other team members.
- Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and proficiency in a specific section
