Front Office-Sales Executive (Insurance Sales Representative)

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Salesteam in client communication, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Explain insurance products clearly and confidently to clients.
- Maintain client data and assist in preparing sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.




- Achieve assigned performance goals and maintain service standards.
- Provide feedback and updates to sales managers regarding client queries.

Qualifications and Skills
- 2-4 years’ experience in front office, customer service, or sales coordination.:
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interaction.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet timelines.
- Experience in insurance or financial services preferred.

Job Timing

5:00 AM - 2:00 PM IST (to align with Australian business hours)

Location

Work From Office - Vadodara, Gujarat

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Upto ₹34,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Health Insurance + Provident Fund
- Petrol Allowance + Punctuality Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
