About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store
- Product listing, catalog management, pricing updates, and content optimization
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
- Process orders and ensure smooth fulfillment
- Coordinate shipping and logistics through Shiprocket
- Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and complaints efficiently
- Track and analyze sales performance and operational metrics
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotions and campaigns
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting

Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify




- Good knowledge of inventory management and order processing
- Experience using Shiprocket or similar shipping platforms
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of online payments, COD management, and reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
