Penetration Tester / Security Consultant – OSCP

nWe are not looking for candidates who only run scanners and report tool-generated findings. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to think independently, manually validate vulnerabilities, understand attack and defense perspectives, and provide practical recommendations based on business risk.

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Conduct Web, API, Network, Infrastructure, and Mobile Penetration Testing.n
- Perform manual vulnerability validation, exploitation, privilege escalation, and post-exploitation.n
- Support Red Team and adversary simulation activities.n
- Use tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus, Wireshark, and Kali Linux.n
- Prepare technical reports,



risk ratings, business impact, and remediation recommendations.n
- Work directly with technical teams and clients on findings and remediation.n

nRequired Skills
n
- n
- 4–8 years of hands-on penetration testing experience.n
- OSCP – Mandatory.n
- Strong manual testing and exploitation skills.n
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, Windows/Linux, Active Directory, networking, and cloud security.n
- Strong understanding of privilege escalation and post-exploitation.n
- Good client communication and technical reporting skills.n
- Consulting or Red Team experience is preferred.n
