Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across the US.
- Book loads from load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, and other freight platforms.
- Negotiate freight rates with brokers and shippers.
- Monitor driver locations and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
- Provide regular load updates to brokers and customers.
- Handle documentation including Rate Confirmations, BOL (Bill of Lading), and POD (Proof of Delivery).
- Maintain accurate records of loads, mileage, and payments.
- Resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, and route changes.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months-1 year experience in US trucking dispatch.
