Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with carriers and shippers
- Negotiate freight rates and close deals efficiently
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
- Track loads and provide timely updates to clients
- Resolve transportation and delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of freight market trends and carrier networks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
