Job Title:MIS Executive
- Solar Inverter Manufacturing

Location:Ahmedabad

Department:Business Operations

Reporting To:Business Head Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Collect, compile, and validate data from multiple departments
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission
- Analyze data trends and highlight key insights for management
- Maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for data requirements and clarifications
- Support audits, reviews, and management presentations
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Familiarity with MIS tools, ERP systems, or databases (preferred)




- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Commerce, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data management, or reporting (can vary)

Reporting To:
MIS Manager / Operations Manager / Department Head

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
