Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer requirements and providing the right customer experience
- Overall lead generation & Lead conversion
- Educate customer about the various plans and offers available
- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities
- Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls
