Role SummaryThe Customer Relationship Executive acts as the primary link between customers and internal teams. The role focuses on managing customer communication, order execution, and issue resolution while ensuring timely deliveries, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for customers for orders, schedules, and delivery status
- Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and dispatch teams to meet customer commitments
- Handle RFQs, order acknowledgements, and customer documentation requirements
- Track orders from receipt to dispatch and provide regular status updates
- Address customer complaints, rejections, and corrective action follow-ups
- Support quality and audit-related customer interactions
- Maintain customer records, order data, and communication logs
- Assist in building long-term customer relationships and repeat business

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
