Key Responsibilities:
- Handle immigration cases related to study visa, work visa, PR, spouse visa, and visitor visa:
- Draft and review legal documents, affidavits, representations, appeals, SOPs, and cover letters:
- Provide legal advice and consultation to clients regarding immigration laws and procedures
- Handle refusals, re-appeals, and legal notices related to immigration matters
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, rules, and regulatory guidelines:
- Coordinate with internal teams (visa counsellors, case officers, documentation team)
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, tribunals, and authorities if required
- Maintain proper case records and legal documentation:
- Stay updated with latest immigration policies, amendments, and legal changes:
- Assist management in handling legal risk assessment and compliance matters

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- LLB degree from a recognized university
- 4-5 years of proven experience as an Advocate, preferably in the immigration sector

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
