As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Merchandising to join our dynamic team and help us drive the success of our apparel lines.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Merchandising, you will play a key role in the development, planning, and execution of our apparel production. You will manage the merchandising process for both woven and knit products, ensuring product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Your main responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the end-to-end merchandising process for woven and knit apparel for our brands.
- Collaborating with design, production, and marketing teams to develop seasonal collections and ensure alignment with brand vision.
- Analyzing trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to inform product offerings.
- Managing fabric sourcing, sampling, and ensuring material quality meets brand standards.




- Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and delivery schedules.
- Ensuring that product designs are translated effectively from concept to finished products.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with production to ensure on-time manufacturing and delivery.
- Maintaining cost controls while ensuring high-quality standards for each product line.
- Managing the product lifecycle, from initial concept through to retail distribution.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in merchandising, with a strong background in both woven and knit apparel production.
- Skills: Strong understanding of the apparel manufacturing process, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of fabric sourcing, production timelines, and quality control processes.
