Role Requirements
- 1-5+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Proven experience editing for digital platforms (YouTube, social media, ads, corporate, etc.)

Technical Skills
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
- Working proficiency in After Effects (motion graphics, lower thirds, basic VFX)
- Familiar with Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (plus)
- Strong color correction & grading skills
- Solid audio editing and sound design knowledge
- Understanding of codecs, formats, resolutions, and export specs
- Experience with multi-camera editing workflows

Creative & Editorial Skills
- Excellent sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling
- Ability to adapt editing style to different brands and audiences
- Strong eye for detail, continuity, and visual consistency
- Capable of following creative briefs and contributing ideas





Workflow & Collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Experience working with producers, directors, designers, and clients
- Organized file management and version control
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions efficiently

Soft Skills
- Solid communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Problem-solver with a calm, professional attitude under pressure

Nice to Have
- Motion graphics or animation background
- Experience with subtitles, captions, and accessibility standards
- Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific edits
- Basic knowledge of camera formats and shooting workflows

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
