Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer database and call records in Excel.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Prepare simple presentations/reports using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Requirements:
- Qualification: 12th Pass/ MBA / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge:Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Internet.
- Prior telesales/call center experience preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: ₹[Salary] + Incentives

Job Types: Full time, Internship
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: ₹4,043.94 - ₹17,750.17 per month

Work Location: In person
