Position:International Process Executive

Location:Kharadi, Pune

Requisites:
Qualification:
- Fresher/Minimum of 1 year of experience in International voice process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Robust understanding of sales processes and the ability to qualify leads effectively.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to qualify leads and generate appointments.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover their business challenges and needs.
- Qualify leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), SQL, MQL and HQL to ensure alignment with our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation.
