Shift Incharge for a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) line manages daily production operations, including PET injection molding or blowing machines, to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, optimizing machine parameters, conducting troubleshooting, and handling maintenance to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Production Management: Executing daily production plans on PET molding/blowing machines.
Technical Knowledge: Setting, monitoring,



and troubleshooting machine parameters (e.g., Husky machines, ISBM, or PET preform machinery).
Quality Control: Ensuring product quality, monitoring defects, and maintaining GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices).
Team Leadership: Managing manpower, training operators, and ensuring safety compliance on the shop floor.
Maintenance: Carrying out operational checks and coordinating preventive maintenance.
