Key Responsibilities:
- Load booking and negotiating rates with brokers
- Tracking and tracing shipments
- Driver coordination and route planning
- Ensuring timely pickups and deliveries
- Handling daily dispatch operations
- Maintaining communication with drivers and customers
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience as an OTR Dispatcher (US Process)
- Prior experience with a US-based logistics/trucking company
- Good knowledge of load boards, tracking & tracing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with night shifts (if applicable)
- Ability to work from office (Mohali)
