We work only with dealers across India and are known for premium quality and strong stock availability.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will manage order coordination, billing follow-ups, dispatch coordination and internal sales support.
This role is office-based and focused on process execution and coordination, not field sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Order Coordination
- Receive confirmed orders from sales team / dealers
- Check stock availability and rate as per approved price list
- Coordinate sales orders with accounts and dispatch team
- Ensure order, invoice and dispatched material match correctly

2. Billing & Accounts Coordination
- Coordinate with accounts team for timely bill generation in Tally Prime:
- Share invoice copies with sales team and dealers




- Support sales team with outstanding and ledger information

3. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse for packing and dispatch readiness
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle details and LR copies
- Update sales team and dealers on dispatch status

4. Payment Follow-up Support
- Share due and overdue payment details with sales team
- Support systematic payment follow-ups
- Escalate chronic payment delays to management

What This Role Is NOT
- ❌ No field sales
- ❌ No dealer acquisition
- ❌ No sales targets
- ❌ No price or discount decision authority

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years experience in B2B trading / distribution company:
- Experience coordinating with sales, accounts and dispatch teams
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up, coordination and documentation skills
- Comfortable with WhatsApp-based communication
