Role Overview:
Chocovic is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Chocovic, responsible for visiting and interacting with our B2B clients. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our premium offerings are presented professionally and effectively. This position does not require lead generation or cold calling, as all client meetings will be scheduled by our in-house sales coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Meetings: Attend scheduled B2B client meetings arranged by the internal sales team, ensuring punctuality and preparedness.
- Product Presentation: Present Chocovic's offerings, including our premium gift hampers, in a qualified and engaging manner that aligns with the brand's values.
- Feedback Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team by communicating client preferences, feedback, and any potential concerns.




- Record Keeping: Maintain a basic Excel record of all client visits and interactions, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Brand Representation: Uphold and enhance the Chocovic brand by demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and comprehensive product knowledge at all times.

Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Personality Traits: A proactive attitude and confident personality are crucial for success in this role.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining records of client interactions.
