Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy
Maintain strict client and data confidentiality
Complete other duties and projects as assigned
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED
Must be able to pass a typing skills evaluation with 35 wpm and 95% accuracy
Must be able to speak and write English fluently
Must be able to pass entry level captioning/subtitling assessment
Possess basic computer skills
Knowledge of English language structure and content, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
Ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, speaking and listening
Ability to hear and caption accurately in order to produce an effective output
Ability to proofread and edit content on system
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent
Prior Transliteration/Transcription Experience (preferred)
