They focus on sales by recommending products, upselling, and informing customers about promotions, while also handling returns and potentially supporting online orders. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, provide product knowledge, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Sales & Transactions: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system; promote loyalty programs and sales.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor; restock shelves and set up displays.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments,



conducting stock counts, and managing product levels.
- Store Operations: Support opening/closing procedures, handle customer complaints professionally, and contribute to team goals.

Essential Duties:
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service, tailoring assistance to individual needs.
- Educate customers on products, promotions, and company loyalty programs.
- Operate cash register, process payments accurately, and manage transactions.
- Keep the store tidy, organized, and stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and maintain store standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
