Job Opening for Graphic Designer (Marketing & Social Media)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of proven professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

Overview:
We are seeking a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Sales Department.

This role is crucial for developing visually compelling marketing and sales collateral that drives interest, engages prospective clients, and supports the Sales team in achieving their targets.

You will be responsible for translating our brand and property concepts into high-impact visuals for print and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements,



social media graphics and sales presentations for premium real estate projects.
- Create engaging posts, reels, and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive lead generation.
- Maintain a luxury brand aesthetic across all digital and print platforms.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to translate property USPs into visual assets

Requirements:
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and InDesign).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of current design trends and technology.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
