Continental DCDP (Deputy Chef de Partie) - Cloud Kitchen
Role Summary

The DCDP in a cloud kitchen oversees a specific section of Continental cuisine, ensuring fast, consistent, and high-quality food production tailored for delivery and takeaway. The role combines leadership, operational efficiency, and culinary expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking Continental dishes (pasta, grills, roasts, sauces, salads, desserts) for high-volume delivery.
- Supervise Commi 1 and Commi 2 chefs, ensuring speed and quality during peak hours.
- Maintain portion control, presentation standards, and recipe consistency adapted for takeaway packaging.
- Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure timely requisition of ingredients.
- Ensure strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO).
- Step in for Chef de Partie during absences or peak hours.
- Coordinate with delivery packaging staff to ensure proper handling.

- Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and cloud kitchen operations.

Experience & Qualifications
