We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to be the primary point of contact for all interior design inquiries across Tamil Nadu. Working from our Chennai administrative office, you will be responsible for identifying high-quality leads, understanding client requirements, and converting inquiries into confirmed design consultations

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Connect with and qualify incoming leads from digital platforms and referrals to distinguish responsible buyers.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, budgets, and project timelines for residential or commercial spaces.
- Process Education: Confidently explain our interior design process, value proposition,



and material standards to prospective clients.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule showroom visits or virtual design discussions between clients and our design team.
- Pipeline Management: Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain accurate, up-to-date lead data in our CRM or Excel tracking sheets and CRM software (to track leads) and a basic understanding of design tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp to explain concepts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
