Job Description - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Summary

The CEO will act as a Growth Architect and Execution Driver, responsible for scaling revenue 2-3X within 3-5 years while improving EBITDA margins, operational efficiency, and market positioning.

This is a transformational leadership role focused on aggressive expansion, profitability enhancement, and structural strengthening of the organization.

To ensure stability, continuity of strategy, and long-term value creation:
- The CEO is expected to commit to a minimum tenure of 5 years.
- The first 24 months will be considered a Transformation Phase, focused on:
- Revenue scale-up roadmap execution
- Capacity expansion planning
- Margin improvement strategy implementation
- Leadership team restructuring
- Long-term incentives (ESOP / profit share) shall vest over a 3-5 year performance cycle.
