Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety procedures, conduct safety briefings, and ensure all site activities comply with regulations. Site Supervision: Monitor daily work of staff and contractors to ensure quality and adherence to building plans. Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate equipment, material deliveries, and staff schedules to keep projects on track. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports. Problem-Solving: Identify and address on-site safety hazards, technical issues, and workflow bottlenecks. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven work experience as a supervisor or foreman in the construction industry. Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Leadership:
Solid team-building and leadership skills to manage diverse crews and subcontractors. Education: A high school diploma is required, with preference for a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field. Key Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Deep understanding of construction methods, tools, and materials.
