We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Education Counselor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their needs, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, and career options
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with leads to ensure admissions closure
- Provide accurate information about fees, eligibility, and course structure
- Maintain and update student details in CRM systems
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams
- Resolve student queries in a timely and professional manner
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification:12th pass / Graduate preferred:
- Experience:0-2 years (Freshers can apply)




- Positive communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)
- Target-oriented and customer-centric approach

Preferred Skills
- Experience in edtech, admissions, sales, or counseling roles
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
