Role Summary:
This role is responsible for coordinating all types of designs such as Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior, etc., ensuring that design activities are initiated and completed on time and as per project requirements. The role includes conducting design reviews, documenting revisions/approvals/issues, and collaborating with external design partners and internal cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop workflows and SOPs for design finalisation and ensure adherence.
- Ensure all design activities are initiated and completed by respective designers based on project needs.
- Collaborate with architectural, structural, MEP consultants, and other design agencies to ensure seamless design integration.
- Conduct detailed reviews of designs/drawings to identify issues or discrepancies and maintain records.
- Ensure management inputs are consistently incorporated into all designs.
- Conduct regular meetings and effectively communicate with management and stakeholders to integrate their inputs into final designs.




- Maintain proper documentation of meeting discussions, real-time updates of design changes, drawing revisions, and design issues; communicate updates regularly.
- Track design deliverables, changes, and follow up on design-related action items.
- Coordinate the selection process of finishing materials: taking approvals, maintaining records, and coordinating with project and procurement teams.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, building codes, and sustainability principles.
- Conduct regular site visits; participate in project meetings to discuss design/drawing-related challenges during construction and resolve issues with relevant teams.
- Provide inputs to marketing and sales teams for promotional materials, brochures, and marketing collateral.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design and project/design
