Job Title: Civil Supervisor

Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Engineer

Job Summary:
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day civil construction activities at the site. The role ensures that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil construction works such as excavation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labor teams, and site engineers for smooth execution of work.
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
- Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and manpower at the site.
- Check workmanship and ensure quality control at all stages of construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations at the site.




- Identify and report site issues, delays, or deviations to the Project Manager.
- Assist in site measurements, material reconciliation, and basic documentation.
- Maintain discipline and productivity of workers at the site.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Min 1 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and site procedures.
- Robust supervision, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.

Working Conditions:
- Site-based role.
- May require extended working hours depending on project requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
