IT Project Technician

The IT Project Technician supports the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects by providing technical assistance, system setup, troubleshooting, and coordination with project teams. This role ensures technology deployments, upgrades, and implementations are completed efficiently, on time, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems for projects
- Provide technical support during project rollout phases
- Document project progress, technical procedures, and system configurations
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and end-users
- Perform system testing, upgrades, and patches
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and best practices
- Support data migration, backups, and system integrations
- Train users or staff on new systems when required

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
