A Purchase Executive manages the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to acquire goods and services at the best price and quality. Key duties include generating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, managing inventory levels, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop potential suppliers while maintaining strong relationships.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Procurement Operations: Create, manage, and process Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
- Inventory & Logistics: Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and manage supply chain logistics.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, maintain records of purchases, and process invoices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Purchasing Executive, Officer, or in a similar procurement role.
- Knowledge: Robust understanding of vendor sourcing, negotiation techniques, and supply chain procedures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Gorfugal).
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent research, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Indeed
