Position: Tube Mill Supervisor
Department:
- Production
Experience:
- 5-8 years in ERW SS Tube/Pipe Industry, preferred (Stainless Tubes and Pipes)
Location:
- Umbergaon,Gujarat or (as applicable)
Role:
- Responsible for smooth operation of the ERW tube mill, ensuring complete production targets, weld quality, and minimum rejection.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise tube mill production activities.
- set and monitor mill parameters and welding quality.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Control rejection and improve yield.
- Handle manpower and shift planning.
- Coordinate with quality and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure safety and 5 S on the shop floor.
- Maintain production reports and downtime records.
Qualification:
- ITI/Diploma (Mechanical)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
