Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in handling enquiries related to self-adhesive labels, barcode labels, and specialty label solutions.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations based on specifications such as size, material, adhesive type, finishing, quantity, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update CRM with customer details, SKUs, order history, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with pre-press/design team for artwork approvals and proof submissions.
- Liaise with production and planning teams to ensure jobs are executed as per specifications and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders, approvals, and dispatch schedules.
- Assist in tracking monthly sales targets and preparing MIS reports.
- Ensure documentation for Pharma and FMCG clients is properly maintained (artwork approvals, batch details, compliance data).




- Monitor pending quotations and proactively follow up for order conversion.
- Support the sales team during client visits, audits, and sample submissions.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
