Preschool Teacher - Job Opening

Reporting To: Center Manager / Center Head

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Experience: 0-2 years (or as per competence)

Job Purpose:
To plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for preschool children while ensuring effective classroom management and holistic child development in line with the school’s curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
Towards Students:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Use diverse teaching strategies to meet learning objectives
- Assess, monitor and document children’s progress
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Supervise children during class, playtime, and breaks

Towards Parents:
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress
- Discuss concerns or behavioral issues sensitively and constructively
- Inform parents about school activities, meetings, and events
- Encourage parent participation in parent-teacher meetings

Towards Management:




- Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school events
- Support planning and execution of special events and activities
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and staff
- Always ensure confidentiality and professional conduct

Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Diploma / Certificate in ECCE / NTT / Montessori (mandatory)

- Sound knowledge of child development and early education practices
- Strong classroom management and observation skills
- Effective English communication skills
- Team player with problem-solving ability
- Versatile, patient, fair, and child-centric approach
- Ability to always ensure child safety and well-being

Salary:
- As per market standards and experience
