Hoora Technologies is hiring a Project Coordinator to support the Program Manager in driving the Biz-Supply-Ops cadence across cross-functional teams.

This role focuses on execution, coordination, meeting management, tracking, and process improvement to ensure smooth collaboration between departments.

You will work closely with:
- Sales Team
- Promoters Team
- Relationship Management (RM) Team
- Operations Team
- Product Team
- Tech Team

Key Responsibilities:
1. Meeting & Cadence Management
- Schedule and lead weekly Business-Supply-Ops meetings
- Prepare agendas and record minutes of meetings (MOM)
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups

2. Stakeholder Coordination
- Collect updates from Sales, Promoters, RM, Ops, Product, and Tech teams
- Identify blockers and escalate when necessary

3. Scrum & Productivity Tracking
- Drive daily and weekly execution meetings
- Monitor deliverables and ensure accountability





4. Task Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain structured trackers using Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Track deadlines, ownership, and progress
- Share weekly status reports with stakeholders

5. Process Optimization
- Identify bottlenecks affecting team productivity
- Suggest practical improvements
- Ensure implementation of agreed solutions

6. Documentation & Administrative Support
- Maintain documentation of best practices
- Handle meeting invites, reminders, and coordination

Eligibility Criteria:
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Coordination / Operations / Program Support
- Any graduate (B.Tech / BBA / B.Com preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of project management processes
