The TPA will be responsible for managing all aspects of cashless insurance, reimbursement processing, empanelment, collections, and patient coordination. The role also requires maintaining positive relationships with insurance companies and overseeing front desk operations for both Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD) services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. TPA and Insurance Management:
- Coordinate and manage cashless insurance claims and reimbursement procedures.
- Handle empanelment with insurance providers, ensuring all contracts and agreements are current.
- Liaise with insurance companies to maintain positive relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor and manage the collection process, ensuring timely receipt of payments from insurance providers.
2. Patient Coordination:
- Assist patients in understanding and navigating the insurance claim process.
- Provide guidance on the documents required for insurance claims and reimbursement.
- Coordinate with patients and insurance providers to ensure smooth and timely processing of claims.

Front Desk Management (OPD & IPD):
- Oversee reception operations to ensure a high standard of patient care and service.
- Train and supervise reception staff, ensuring that front desk procedures are patient-friendly and productive.
- Manage patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and discharge procedures.
- Address and resolve any patient queries or complaints related to the front desk or insurance processing.
4. Administrative Support:
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all insurance and empanelment activities.
- Prepare regular reports on claims status, collections, and insurance relationships for management review.
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile collections and ensure alignment with financial goals.
