Key Responsibilities:

SAP System Management: Manage, monitor, and support SAP system, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting to ensure effective system performance and seamless integration with other business functions.

User Support & Training: Provide SAP system support to end-users across various departments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP transactions, reports, and interfaces. Conduct user training sessions on new features, processes, and best practices.

MIS Reporting: Design, develop and maintain MIS reports across various business functions including finance, supply chain, sales, procurement, and operations. Ensure the timely delivery of accurate and insightful reports to support management decision-making.

Data Management: Collect, analyze and manage data from various sources to generate relevant insights for performance tracking, KPI reporting, and business analysis. Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting standards are met.

Process Improvement:



Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Propose and implement solutions to optimize SAP functionalities.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all SAP processes, customizations, and MIS reporting procedures. Ensure all processes are well-documented and easily accessible for future reference.

Automation and Tools Development: Develop and implement automated tools and dashboards to simplify reporting and improve operational efficiency. Use tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, Excel, or other relevant software to enhance reporting and data analysis capabilities.

Compliance and Security: Ensure all SAP/MIS processes are compliant with internal and external regulations, data security policies, and standards for data governance.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Tech
