Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Female)

Location: Perundurai, Erode

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to follow up on generated leads.
- Clearly explain company products/services and convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely closure of sales.
- Coordinate with customers for payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of dues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads status, sales conversions, and payment details.
- Address customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns over calls.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts team regarding order confirmation and payment status.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Any graduate/diploma (experience preferred, freshers can also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
